Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to share contact/personal information, we’ll be unable to complete a Sales & Offer Agreement, Change of Ownership or Parts and Service Account or keep you informed of Recalls and Campaigns for your vehicle.

We keep your information safe by scanning documents to our password secured storage and locked storage and only allowing Management access to this information.

We keep your information for 7 years, which is a legal requirement for the Inland Revenue Laws, at which point we securely destroy it by a document destruction facility.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
